I’m considering moving to FastComet and have a quick question. Regarding the free domain, it gets registered under whose name? I hope that property belongs to me, else it’ll be nightmarish to lose a domain when I decide to move away from FC.

I am using Fastcomet from last one year, they are really great hosting provider and gives best in industry. But there is one issue in their hosting, if you are using your domain with custom email IDs for you and your employee, you can’t change the password from directly to Roundcube. It’s only possible through inside cpanel, and you can’t share your Cpanel password with your employee.

I was with a hosting company that was just a hosting company but i tell you what they were more reliable and affective than Fastcommet my account was suspended (something to do with the database)so my online shop is offline. but they dont care about my business and my customers. I am now moving to another company but they cannot migrate me because im suspended i ask for the to lift the suspension to let the other company migrate me but no answer. AND BY THE WAY I HAVE HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH THEM They really suck bad.
I agree with the Customer Support part, but not for the sales dept. Because they can say anything to lure you in, and once you made the payment, they don’t admit it and give you any reply about it as if their “job” is done.
